Award-winning removal men
Our removal men in Birmingham are some of the best in the business, always doing their best to make your move run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. They take pride in their job and work hard to ensure our customers have the most memorable removal experience for the right reasons. Their work is a fundamental part of your move going smoothly, and because of this, we like to reward them for going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Each month, we review our customer comments from our Customer Care Survey, along with customer reviews left for us online and any emails that clients send to us. From these we then calculate which of our men received the greatest amount of positive feedback from clients each month and award them with the title of Removal Man of the Month. Each quarter, we determine who is the overall high-scoring removal man of the quarter.
Then, at the end of every year we reward the man who has the highest score for the year with the title of Removal Man of the Year.

Bartosz joined Britannia Bradshaw in July 2023, coming from a non-removals background and very quickly became a vital part of the moving team.
Since joining us Bart has shown a real passion for learning, not only in how to do his job but in how he can carry out his role to the best of his ability and to that of his customers.
Bart has won our Removal Man of the Month competition on numerous occasions and has also won Removal Man of the Quarter - a true reflection of the standards he sets himself and how highly our customers think of him. He really deserves the title Removal Man of the Year 2024!
Bart is clearly very well disciplined as every morning he wakes at the crack of dawn to take his 4 dogs for a walk prior to his removals day - even when it’s the odd dreaded 5am start!

​Paul is fast approaching his 10th year at Britannia Bradshaw and during this time has been awarded Man of the Year on many occasions…this will be his 6th!!
Due to Paul’s time within the industry and length of service with us, he has become a great role model for our new employees just starting out. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and regularly shares this with his new colleagues.

Fabio started with the business in March 2020 a few days before the pandemic hit.
He came from a non-removals background and seemed very keen and enthusiastic about the opportunity we had given him. Sadly this was short lived as the business was forced to close as the country locked down. When we reopened 6-8 weeks later, Fabio’s journey with us finally got underway.
Since then we have provided him with various training opportunities that have helped him become a professional removals man. Within a short period of time he was clearly doing a great job and making an impact on our customers. So much so that after his first full year of being with the business he has been awarded Removal Man of the Year 2021!
Fabio’s eager approach continues as he is currently training to become a class 2 driver! Well done Fabio and thanks from us all for your hard work and great attitude!

Jamie has been with us for over 11 years, starting out as a casual porter and working his way up to an HGV driver. He continues to improve his skill set and now turns his hand to managing commercial moves too. Jamie is a vital part of our team and we are sure with his commitment and determination we’ll see him progress even further.

In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with (FaceTime, WhatsApp etc).
