Your service has been first class from start to finish and we could find no fault whatsoever.

This process has been very difficult and protracted for us so to get such good support on the actual move itself was so comforting. The guys were all brilliant, pleasant, professional and fun to be with. All good Black Country lads. Please pass on our appreciation and reward them appropriately.

You could accommodate the moving out on the Friday and moving in on the Monday to allow us time at the weekend to drive to the new property, get the keys, and clean the flat before the furniture was delivered.

They worked hard, were patient with me, changing my mind a couple of times on the position of furniture, and were easy to chat to and have around the house; they didn’t laugh at my sentimental rubbish they had to pack!

Wider selection of boxes, for slightly longer but narrow items, seemed wasteful using very large boxes for them

An overdue email to thank you for stepping up at the last minute and moving me from A to B.

Brian and the crew were so calm and reassuring – I was anything but and they helped me enormously. Sorry I panicked about the “lost” picture – couple of other things have gone AWOL but I’m confident it’s all here somewhere. Please thank them for me – they really made a difficult day easier.
