M Wilks,(assessor) was clearly an expert, personable, efficient, charming, honest and straightforward. In short no flannel. He was clearly a man to be trusted.

R and K were a delight, a pair of hard working, good guys. They clearly knew what they were doing in loading and unloading. In every respect they were cognisant of how to minimise the stress in moving. Rating, first class.

Try as I might, being a hyper critical chap, I cannot think of any way you could improve at all.

My move on the 17th went very smoothly, and the 18th also went very well. It was a nightmare in Lymm. We only got the key at 3:30 p.m. and into the property around 5:00 p.m. Your team were excellent and unloaded everything by 18:15. Brilliant!

Weather was terrible, but nobody in the team said a word. We hadn't packed everything but they packed the things we hadn't got to without a word- just brilliant!

It was faultless! They had a ramp up to the removal van- I've never seen that before

The team were so friendly & personable. They understood our pain! The manager called me 3 times with updates on progress & timescale. So reassuring!

Careful and considerate and despite very difficult weather conditions

Last week we moved to Anglesey, Rhys, Luke and Ben did both days of our move, loading and unloading for us. They were a fantastic team, they were careful and considerate and despite very difficult weather conditions when unloading they managed to get everything where we needed it.
