Everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable in their specific task and the lads doing the physical move worked like Trojans smiling at the same time.

They were friendly as well as fast and efficient.

I think it would be more appropriate for *us* to ask *you* how *we* can improve our removals day experience! We would probably avail ourselves of your packing service as well next time to improve efficiency on the day and help us get settled quicker at the new address.

Why did you use us?
Had the right balance between price and professionalism - other companies might have been cheaper, but they sent us other people's quotes or were less thorough in their quotation. Luke covered everything in our initial correspondence and gave us confidence that moving day would go as smoothly as the quotation, which it did. We intend to use your company for all our moves in future.
