Where can we improve our removals day experience?
Everything was perfect apart from the fact I had labelled all boxes top and side and the removal men didn’t stack the boxes in the garage with the labels facing. This meant that we had to turn each box around to see what number it was.

It was very soon after my web enquiry and Luke was very helpful sending me the information and not pushy about quotes etc...

All the crew members were diligent and obviously knew their jobs.

Our front door was quiet narrow, so furniture has been installed in our property via side passage/conservatory, I and the surveyor missed this during the survey but your crew found a way around it…..excellent!

Nothing we can think of, other than maybe giving us a list of everything we still had in storage eg number of boxes, as given they had been away for such a long time we’d forgotten what we had!
