Do you have any comments about our removals crew?
Tony, Tom, James, Nick, Paul and Sonic did a brilliant job during both trying and vexing work. From manhandling a large stone table to delivery over four floors they were resourceful, cheerful, friendly and professional.  When asked to do the near impossible they did not complain and got on with the job without question.

A great team that should be valued.

Where can we improve our removals day experience?
Communication with us on the first day to explain a trailer coupling problem causing a late start would have helped.

Why did you use us?
Siimilar to two other quotes but the initial visit was more convincing and better national coverage.

I have to say, Lee was everything I would have hoped for as the crew boss for the team. He was incredible. Patient, knowlegeable and an all round lovely person. Calum, who helped him for both days was brilliant as well. Please please pass on my thanks to them both, I would want them on any future house move I undertook again.

Martin was very professional, and gave an honest assessment of any issues we may face moving.

Just to let you know that everything went well today. Paul and Luke were absolutely great. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were quick, friendly, polite, efficient. They were very careful in their work. The company should be proud to have them working for it, and you too Jacki. I would definitely recommend the company because of all of you,and not to forget Martin too.

I hope all the employees in the company are like you four (Paul, Lucas, Jacki, Martin).

It was such a jolly day, and a lovely start to our new home

We just wanted to let you know that we moved successfully on Friday 05 May and we wanted to say a massive thank you to Claire and also to the removal team who were Nick, Alistair, Sonic, James and Ryan.  The guys were absolutely wonderful and really made the whole day a completely stress free and positive experience - please let them know how very grateful we are and how much we appreciate their punctuality, positivity, professionalism, helpfulness and fantastic senses of humour.  It was such a jolly day, and a lovely start to our new home.  Please do pass on our enormous thanks to them - we couldn’t have asked for a better team!

We have already recommended you to our estate agent who is going to start recommending you to their clients, and we will be recommending you to any of our friends and family who are undertaking a move.

Hopefully we won’t be moving again for a while, but if we do move again we will know who to come to for assistance!

I wanted to let you know that we were very happy with the service you provided. Our temporary move to Coventry went very smoothly. Everything was well packed and clearly labelled. Please say thank you to Rhys, Les and Jamie for all their hard work. The fact that Leon and Dave arrived to help finish loading and then unload the van was great as it meant the job was finished a lot quicker. 

We will now start to look for our new permanent home and will definitely contact you for a quote once we are ready to move again.
