The people I dealt with gave me a lot of confidence that we would receive good service. Of the companies I would have been happy to go with, Britannia were the cheapest.

Maybe a reminder email a day or two before the move, just to reassure the customer that it's still all booked in, and a reminder of what time the team is expected to arrive?

Best quote pricing . You were significantly cheaper. You completed a visit to the property to gather the information. The other company was via teams and I think this impacted the price of the quote

The guys were brilliant and worked really hard to complete the move. Brilliant that you were able to help with furniture being dismantled.

No, the only slight niggle is that the wardrobe has been very slightly damaged in the dismantle process but overall really pleased with everything!

It was a decision based on cost.  Your surveyor won you the contract with a correct assessment of how much stuff we had.  The competitors over estimated and as such over quoted.
