We used Britannia Bradshaw for our move from Manchester some eight years ago and we were very happy with the service so when the time came to move again, I googled to see if there was a local office in Birmingham - and there was.

Having had a good experience with the company before, taking into account the current reviews online and after the survey was done for our move - friendly, professionally and efficiently - with excellent communication with the office from start to finish and the moving plan that was put together for us, we felt we were again in good hands.

We had Ben, Bart and Scott do the packing and removal on day 1 and then Ben and Bart delivered our items to the new address the next day. They were all absolutely brilliant; friendly, professional and efficient. I was really stressed on the day but their friendly manner and the fact that they were genuinely careful about our possessions and made the logistics of the move seem easy for them, when it can be anything but, really made a difference and put me at ease.

After my initial inquiry about a survey, we were offered an online one. I am probably the only person that does not use WhatsApp but Luke, who was the office contact, without any fuss installed an app I do use (Telegram) so that he could do the survey. This was truly going above and beyond and made a great first impression. Moreover, the moving team told us to contact the office to arrange a collection of the boxes once we finished unpacking. I got in touch with Luke again, who kindly gave me the contact details of our new branch, considering we moved out of the Birmingham area. It was easy to arrange a pick up with our local office after that. Thank you for this service, it is really helpful and please if you can pass on our gratitude again to all the people involved in our move, we would really appreciate it.

I would like to thank you for the nine years my sister and I have used your service.

We started with a transfer of 6 containers (2 journeys) from Cumbria to Manchester, and stored them with you.

Over the years, 2 were sent to my sister and 2 to near London and recently Paul and James brought 2 to near London on 26 June 2024.

We paid monthly by phone and once visited your place. Everyone we have dealt with, either staff or the people removing our items have been helpful, kind, reliable and taken care of our items. Thank you so much.
